Sk8Monkey, 1 year ago | Flag as InappropriateMy daughter wears Hailey B. ice skating pants and she just loves it. The fit and fabric (fleece lined) is much better than other designers. The price is the best part...the cheapest around!!! Check it out at haileybskatewear.com
Kat144, 1 year ago | Flag as InappropriateI wear yoga pants AND thick footless tights (not skating tights--thicker) and my legs and bum still get cold at some rinks. I can't imagine if I wore a skirt...I wouldn't be able to feel my legs!
pelsteen, 1 year ago | Flag as InappropriateI'm and adult skater and my typical rink attire is stretch jeans with a turtleneck and various layers of fleece jackets. I like the way my legs look, but I don't choose to show them off most of the time. When I want my coach to really see my legs in my spirals, I wear stretch leggings or sometimes skating tights and a skating skirt. That is what I will have to wear when I test, so I figure I should dress that way sometimes when I skate. My nose runs all the time when I skate and I need pockets to hold my tissues! I have never seen a skating dress or skirt with pockets!
lsk8mom, 1 year ago | Flag as InappropriateOf course pants are seen more- have you felt how cold some rinks are?- and have you ever had ice burn down your leg after a fall? Pants make these issues less of a worry when learning new skills.
